The new draft is supposed to give the fair competition and chances to everyone. Though there will be fewer chances for the monopolies. AS per the draft government is in the talk with the stakeholders to define categories of E-Commerce that require mirroring or localization. All the E-commerce companies should provide the data within 72 hours. Data of sellers, their contact numbers, and addresses to the customer.
It is in the interest of Indian consumers and local ecosystem that there are more service providers and that network do not effects or do not lead the creation of digital monopoly and misusing their market dominant position.

The imported goods origin country should be mentioned clearly. The new draft basically allows the government to localize the data. Also, gives fair competition to the local startup. Also, foreign companies proving live streaming should use formal and regulatory ways of payments.
