Google shares the documentations, source codes with its partners to give out time for stable release. This is how these screenshots were leaked from the document. Though there is no 100% authenticity of these screenshots but still they seems legit enough considering the timeline.

Notifications Panels
Let’s summarize the new leaked screenshots according to some Android 12 features. Firstly moving towards the new notification panel. The Android notifications panel had a transparency effect. But now the transparency seems to replaced with opaque colors. As you can see in the below screenshots the rounded corners for the notifications.
The conversations and the other notifications are separated. Though the background colors might be subjective to the theme used and dark mode too. It looks like an iOS but still can be considered as changes in UI.
New Privacy features
The privacy settings will be available with the Android 12 first look. The apps that are using the permissions like camera or microphone will be shown in the notifications bar. The indicators will be shown in the status bar that a specific app is using your camera or microphone permissions. Google was testing these features for a long time so they are finally coming in the Android 12 Features now.
Also, one more thing you can disable all the sensors with a click on tiles. Disable all sensors tile will be available through which you can disable all sensors. So here we go with the new privacy settings. Though the disable all sensors option might be available only after enabling it from developer options.
Redesigned Widgets
Apple recently unveiled their widgets in the iOS. There were no widgets in iOS just like they are present in Android. Now the Android 12 features will be adding the new widgets revamp. There will be conversations widgets, some can be pinned in the notifications panel.
