No doubt the latest Samsung Galaxy Flagship series got very much popular. Samsung even topped in Q1 2020 for maximum smartphone supplies. Though there are lots of problems are surfacing lately. Earlier, the Exynos versions of Galaxy S20 Ultra were humiliated. Because they were not even in the competition with Snapdragon chipsets on the same variants. Lots of users were furious on this and some even tweeted all over on twitter about the Exynos chipsets low performance on Galaxy S20 Ultra. Now a new issue is coming out the camera is getting shattered because of no reason. Yeah, it’s really weird but lots of users have already complained too much.
There were lots of issues reported by users on Exynos versions. Like Green tint on displays, overheating, battery drain issues. Display issues were fixed by Samsung through an update. But now because of Camera shattering issue users are thrashing the Samsung US community. Lots of users were reporting these issues while in the standard shipping. Users also claimed that, they were using cases which doesn’t even have chance to touch the ground. Some claimed that they didn’t even drop the phone. There’s a crack on the camera which is deteriorating the picture quality and zoom quality.
Samsung is not responded to the problem yet. Because of the problem is not wide-spread as the green tint was recently. So now users will have to repair with their own money. It’s not a cheap repair! Users who have Samsung Premium care they’ll be charged about $100 and 400$ who don’t have the premium care. It’s a lot, Samsung should check the what’s happening and validity of the problem. Because the phone is not a 300$ phone, its premium 1000$ phone. The damage which is caused by itself users will have to pay the repair cost. The cherry on the cake is the lock down is going on and the most repair shops are closed. So the users are sitting in their home with broken $1000+ premium smartphone!
