Huawei silently launched its tablet Mediapad T8. A budget tablet with budget specifications is launched now. Just like the previous Mediapad series its mostly for media streaming tablets packed with a big battery. These tablets run on Huawei’s official UI emotion user interface EMUI. It is a metal body tablet with 8 inches IPS LCD panel display. Its dimensions are 199.7 x 121.7 x 8.55mm and 310 grams weight. the 8inch display resolution is 800 X 1200 pixels 189 PPI
This device comes with the 2.0 GHz octa-core Mediatek MT8768 processor and it comes with 2 GB of RAM. Also, it has 16/32 GB of internal storage. The device runs on the EMUI 10.1 out of the box. It has a Non-removable Li-Po 5100 mAh battery. It supports WiFi, Bluetooth, USB 2.0, USB OTG and 3.5mm audio headphone jack is available. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Huawei MediaPad T8 on the rear packs a 5-megapixel camera f/2.3 aperture. It sports a 2-megapixel camera on the front for selfies. This setup doesn’t support LED flash.
Looking at the specifications the tablet is for entry-level users only. You can stream media with better available battery capacity. The price of this tablet is 500 Romanian Leu. Which approximately equals to 112$. The Mediapad T8 will come in blue color only and soon to be on sale in Romania.
