So the skins of other smartphone companies will be updated. So is the most popular UI MIUI 11 is expected. Last year after the launch of Android Pie the MIUI 10 was released. So the MIUI 11 is on the way. Here are the devices based on popularity and release date will get the update. So folllow the post, List Of Xiaomi Devices Getting The MIUI 11 Update.
About MIUI 11:
There are many leaks about the MIUI upcoming version. Some of them I gathered here they are as following. MIUI product director Liu Ming and design director Ge Rui posted about the MIUI upcoming version.
The Monochrome Ultra Power Saving Mode:
There are many power saving tried by different manufacturers in their UI. But this one seems like new. It will turn off all the features except the calls and sms. Also, the apps screen or color will turn monochrome. The good thing is users will be allowed to select which apps will be optimised by this ultra power saving mode.
New Icons And More Smoother Animations:
The icons in MIUI are not changed since many previous MIUI versions. I think from MIUI 6 they didn’t changed icons a bit. So we can expect some refreshed icons along with some more smoother animations. Icons may get more minimalist type and more flat.
Automatic Screenshots And Status Bar Optimisations:
MIUI 11 may get the feature of automatic deletion of screenshots when they are shared. New way to edit the screenshots and new way of interacting with the notifications. Also, the snooze type notifications feature may get available in this version. Users will be able to manage persistent notifications.
There is some problems with the notched phones which takes lots of space from status bar. The notifications icons doesn’t appear as seen in Poco F1. It may be improved in this update. More space will be given to some crucial icons like battery, headphone etc. Also, Xioami may darken the status bar to hide the notch.
System Wide Dark Theme:
Android Q now has the system wide dark mode. MIUI already pushed some updates to MIUI 10 versions of the system wide dark mode. But with this update it may be pushed to other third party apps and make it a system wide dark mode.
