1. Backup Your Phone
2. Your Phone’S Battery Should Be Charged 80% Of The Minimum.

4.Enable usb debugging Go
Settings > About Phone > Build number > Tap it 7 times to become developer;
Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging.

- Connect Your Note 3 To The Pc.
- Copy The 2 Downloaded Files ( “Android Lollipop 5.1 Cm 12.1 Custom Rom” And “Gapps” ) In The Root Folder On Your Device.
- Disconnect Your Device From Pc.
- Switch Off Your Device.
- Boot Into Recovery Mode By Pressing Volume Up + Home + Power Buttons
- Use Volume Keys To Navigate In Recovery Mode And Power Button To Select
- Now Make A Backup Of Stock Rom By Clicking “Back Up And Restore”And From There Choose “Back Up”.
- In The Recovery Mode Choose “Wipe Data/Factory Reset” And The System Will Perform A Full Data Wipe.
- Now Choose “Wipe Cache Partition” And System Will Perform A Wipe Cache Partition Process.
- Now Perform A Wipe Dalvik Cache Partition. For Doing This Go To “Advanced -> Wipe Dalvik Cache”.
- Go Back To The Main Recovery Menu And Select “Install Zip From Sd Card”.
- From There , Choose Android Lollipop 5.1 Cm 12.1 Custom Rom And Press Power Button To Flash It.
- Again Go Back To Main Recovery Menu And Select “Install Zip From Sd Card” And Choose “Gapps”. Press Power Button To Flash It.
- Now Go Back To Main Recovery Menu And Select Reboot System Now.
- First Boot Will Take About 5-10 Minutes
