Now in India it was expected the pricing would be competitive but it’s $991. From the past couple of years, the company had focussed on the budget and mid-range segment. Now with the will of getting back into the premium segment, Edge plus is launched India. Its a hefty price tag for the specifications Motorola Edge Plus offers. I think Motorola Edge plus is surely not gonna sell well in India. The last flagship from Motorola was Moto Z2 Force in February 2018. Though Motorola Edge Plus is a great device no doubt. The Edge plus name is given because of the curved display and the smartphone really looks beautiful. One punch hole camera is provided n the front for selfies. In-display fingerprint scanner, OLED display with HDR10+ support is available. The display supports up to 90hz refresh rate. Let’s know some key specifications in more detail.
Specifications
The Motorola Edge Plus features a 6.7 inches AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. This device powered by a 2.84 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 (7 nm+) processor. RAM goes up to 12GB, while there’s a max of 256 GB of storage. You can get Android 10 out of the box. Also, it comes with a 5000mAh battery to power up the device, and it supports 15W fast charging support. Also, 15W wireless fast charging and 5W reverse charging.
The Motorola Edge Plus on the rear packs a 108-megapixel wide primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture; a second 8-megapixel telephoto camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a third 16-megapixel ultrawide camera with an f/2.2 aperture. Also, it has a TOF 3D camera (depth). The rear camera setup has autofocus, 3X optical Zoom, PDAF support. On the front, the Motorola Edge packs a 25-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The specifications are decent but Motorola Edge Plus Price in India is not competitive.
Right now only a single variant is on the sale. The Motorola Edge Plus is being offered on Flipkart. The price tag for the flagship 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is set at 74999rs ($991). It would be interesting to see how well this device can perform. Also, its younger brother Motorola Edge with Snapdragon 765G may come soon. Motorola Edge Plus Price in India is not well placed.
