OnePlus is having kind of a tough time now. Few of the OnePlus Nord 2 explosion cases are surfacing up and its created lots of controversies. One of the incidents was reported last week. The user’s OnePlus Nord 2 exploded and he got leg injuries. He posted some of the pictures that look like a real Problem. Earlier, a few of the cases were surfaced suggesting the same. Though OnePlus turned down a few this time it seems the problem is legit. The kind of the same thing happened with the Galaxy S7. Though the explosion is not much of a wider spread as of now. But if it does Nord 2 might be the next Galaxy S7.
OnePlus Nord 2 User Gets Refund
The OnePlus Nord 2 explosion case was reported by the user on Twitter. As per the guy, the OnePlus team is in contact with him and trying to resolve the issue. But as per the latest update from other sources, the user got the refund.
Also, OnePlus agreed to give the medical compensation. Previously, a week after a launch one user reported the issue that his phone exploded in an advocate gown. Later OnePlus sent a legal notice to the user as “malicious and mala fide intent” for harming the reputation of the firm. There are a few cases that surfaced on Twitter already. Hope the genuine cases gets the actual compensations! Apart from the OnePlus Nord 2 user getting refund, there are other OnePlus smartphones issues.
Just 2 days ago, in the OnePlus groups, OnePlus 6 users are facing data loss issues. The Android 11 causing their phones getting into crash dump mode and deleting their whole data.
