It is reported today that OPPO officially launched the new OPPO A12 smartphone in the Indonesian market. The OPPO A12 is the affordable budget smartphone in the 2020 year.
OPPO has put a starting price of IDR 2,499,000 (~$160) for that new phone. The OPPO A12 features a 6.22 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. This device powered by a 2.35 GHz octa-core Mediatek MT6765 Helio P35 (12nm) processor. OPPO A12 will feature 3GB, and 4GB RAM options, and 32GB and 64GB onboard storage versions. You can get Android 10 with ColorOS 6.1 out of the box. Also, it comes with a 4230 mAh battery to power up the smartphone. Also, the device has an audio jack wit Dirac Audio. It also has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and support for face unlock.
Oppo A12 on the rear packs a 13-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a pixel size of 1.12um-micron and a second 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies, with an f/2.4 aperture and a pixel size of 1.12um-micron.
The cost of the 4GB model is priced at IDR 2,499,000 (~$160), but there is no info on the price of the 3GB version. It is already available on Shopee, Lazada, JD.com, Blibli, Tokopedia and Akulaku. The phone will be available in Black and Blue with a 3D Diamond Blaze Design.
