Turn Your Phone Into Recovery Mode By Hole Volume Up + Home+ Power.
Go Wipe> Wipe and select Advanced: System, cache, date and Dalvik-cache.ConfirmWipe.
In Recovery Go Install Zip Navigate To Cm 13 Rom Zip.
Install Gapps Zip.
Reboot And Enjoy Cm 13 Android 6.0 On Samsung Galaxy NOTE 4
