Android is a mobile smartphone OS with full customization and a user-based system. It has tons of customizations and modifications you can do on Android. From changing wallpapers to changing a full system with a custom ROM. We all know that no one can beat Android in terms of the user-oriented system. So for getting this much customization, the developer options come into play. Because without developer mode it’s not possible to root and do crazy interesting stuff, yeah including bricking your device too :D.
