Install TWRP and Root Redmi Note 7 Pro
Before doing all those processes first, need to unlock the bootloader of Redmi Note 7 Pro. Without unlocking the bootloader you can’t root or install TWRP in your device. Unlock bootloader of Redmi Note 7 Pro first, then follow the guide below to install TWRP on Redmi Note 7 Pro.
After installing TWRP recovery on the device, you can easily install magisk on Redmi Note 7 Pro for root access. Download Redmi Note 7 Pro TWRP Recovery
- TWRP Recovery: twrp_violet.img
Download other required files:
- ADB Tool: ADBFASTBOOT TOOL
- Download Magisk from Here.
Install TWRP For Redmi Note 7 Pro:
1.) Make sure your device bootloader must be unlocked. ⇒ Guide Here.
2.) Download “adb-fastboot-tool.zip” extract it in a desktop.
- Download TWRP img from above.
3.) Rename TWRP recovery IMG file “twrp_violet.img” to “recovery.img” and copy to adb-fastboot-tool Folder.
4.) Open cmd windows in “adb-fastboot-tool” folder by Shift + Mouse Right click.
5.) Connect your device to the PC, make sure USB Debugging is enabled.
6.) Now Reboot your device in Bootloader Mode, using this command.
adb reboot bootloader
7.) Once your device in fastboot mode, Now paste this command on command window and hit enter to install TWRP recovery on Redmi Note 7 Pro.

9.) Now enter into TWRP mode, first press the “Volume up + power” button to switch to “Fastboot mode”, then select the “Recovery mode”, then the device will start into TWRP Recovery mode and go to the root steps below.
Redmi Note 7 Pro Root
- Turn off your phone and turn into recovery mode By Volume UP + Power.
- Go to Install Navigate to Magisk.zip Swipe to install.
- Reboot your phone.
