Talking about Windows 11 I think after Windows 8 this one has major changes in the user interface. The icons, tiles, design seems new. Though as always there will be mixed feedback regarding the designs. But as in my opinion, it looks pretty neat. The start menu moving to the center might be a little awkward for Windows users. But surely it looks great as of now.
